VIDEO: People who got shot ran to the pharmacy to get aid and they were again shot there. There is more to this than meets the eye. - Angwan Rukuba resident warns the Nigerian government.
Bandits allegedly kidnapped their informant in Niger State, kept him for five days like they were conducting a serious investigation, released him… and then later showed up at his residence and ended his life.
Why?
They accused him of running a side hustle, allegedly extorting several villages, collecting millions “unauthorized levies” and ransom payments without remitting the proceeds to the headquarters.
If you’re going to be a criminal, at least don’t cheat your fellow criminals. Even bandits don’t tolerate corruption. 😅

Vice President Kashim Shettima has tossed a live grenade into the presidential palace metaphorically, of course.
With a straight face and a freshly pressed agbada, he declared that “no president has the powers to remove an elected councillor, let alone a governor.” A statement so rich in irony it could retire comfortably in Banana Island.
We all know who that was aimed at. In March, President Tinubu , with all the delicacy of a bull in a china shop, uncrowned Governor Fubara and dissolved the state legislature like it was a sachet of Milo in hot water.
In one smooth, surgically precise jab, VP Shettima managed to cast Tinubu as a benevolent autocrat with a God complex, and the National Assembly as a glorified drama troupe, all costume, no script.
It's the first time in recent memory that a sitting Vice President has so boldly wagged a finger at the boss this early in the game.
Usually, they wait until memoir season. But not Shettima. He’s skipped the honeymoon, lit the wedding cake on fire, and handed out marshmallows.
