WHITE SOX FANS, THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT! ⚾

Tonight hurts, but look at the YOUNG talent we’re building around:

⚾ Miguel Vargas (26): 33 HR, 93 RBI, 5.4 WAR

⚾ Chase Meidroth (24): .276 AVG, 156 hits, 4.5 WAR

⚾ Sam Antonacci (23): .277 AVG, .370 OBP

⚾ Munetaka Murakami (26): 35 HR, tremendous power

⚾ Colson Montgomery (24): 31 HR, huge potential - needs lot of work off season- high ceiling

And don’t forget Kyle Teel (24), Sean Burke (26), Shane Smith (26), Noah Schultz (23), and Grant Taylor (24).

If just a few of these young players take another step forward, imagine what this team could become.

From 100 losses to October baseball. Now with valuable playoff experience.

I’m disappointed tonight, but more excited about our future than I’ve been in years!

2027, HERE WE COME! 🧦

@Brewers Congratulations to the brewers.
Well deserved!

This is GREAT news for White Sox fans! ⚾

Murakami on what he needs to improve:

“First and foremost, I want to get through the offseason without getting injured, and I want to work hard on my training.

There are still plenty of areas where I can improve, whether it’s recognizing high fastballs, laying off breaking balls down in the zone, or pitch selection in general.

I think I can get better in every aspect of my game, and that’s what I want to focus on.”

THIS is what I wanted to hear!

He recognizes his weaknesses and knows exactly what adjustments he needs to make.

The power is there. The talent is there. Now comes the hard work.

Self-awareness, humility, and a willingness to improve.

That’s how good players become great ones.

@Southpaw We’ll be back…

[Can Corn @bak75all]

@Steelo_Madhouze @SportsCenter 😂 Enjoy your victory

But remember, it took everything you had to eliminate a young White Sox team coming off 100 losses.

Our kids just got their first taste of October baseball.

you haven’t seen the last of them.

Good luck on the next series

You may have tossed our Sox tonight, but you haven’t seen the last of them.

The one thing I would have done differently tonight was pinch-hit Randal Grichuk for Murakami with the bases loaded.

Risky? Absolutely. And probably highly criticized if it failed.

But Grichuk is an experienced veteran who has historically hit left-handed pitching well. Murakami has tremendous power, but we needed contact, not necessarily a home run.

Sometimes October baseball requires a bold, unpopular decision.

Would it have worked? Who knows. But that’s the gamble I would have taken.

[Can Corn @bak75all]

@steveoatms @whitesox @ModeloUSA He had our best hitters out there.

[Can Corn @bak75all]

@chaneykyoto @MLB @budweiserusa @CleGuardians It was actually historic

[Can Corn @bak75all]

@JMKuchera @CleGuardians It should be fun

[Can Corn @bak75all]

Maybe.

I agree that you cant let their best hitter beat you but, that HR was literally on the ground.

Their pitching was outstanding

We also pitched great.

Our manager is also a rookie, and this experience will serve him well…

But overall man, it was an amazing season… perspective

CHIN UP, WHITE SOX FANS! 🧦⚾

This one hurts. No doubt about it.

But give Cleveland credit. Their pitching was outstanding, and José Ramírez somehow hit a home run on a pitch that looked almost impossible to hit.

We got beat tonight. Sometimes you just have to tip your cap.

But White Sox fans, keep your heads up!

Think about where we came from. From a 100-loss season to playing meaningful baseball in October, with a chance to reach the ALCS.

I’m disappointed, but I’m also incredibly grateful.

Grateful for the excitement, the nerves, the big moments, and for having a reason to believe again.

And I truly believe we’ll be even better next year.

This young team gained something that can’t be taught during the regular season: playoff experience. They now know what October baseball feels like, what the pressure is like, and what it takes to compete when everything is on the line.

The season may be over, but I believe something special is just beginning on the South Side.

Thank you, White Sox, for making baseball fun again.

See you in 2027! 🖤🤍

Congratulations to Cleveland! 👏⚾

You earned it. Outstanding pitching, great execution, and José Ramírez proved once again why he’s one of the best in baseball.

Nothing but respect.

But here’s a friendly warning from the South Side…

We’re young. We’re hungry. And we just got our first taste of October baseball.

We’ll remember this feeling.

Enjoy your victory, Cleveland. We’ll be back. And we’ll be better. 🖤🤍
