@jakehirsch77 @notlarrysabato Well, it is a surtax on passive income, but if your total income hits the threshold, then you pay the tax. The top 1% pays 17% of your tax bill. They will leave and then the state loses their largest tax base. Stupidity at its finest. We want to ATTRACT those folks!
