@evans_help Hi, following up on this. Been waiting for a refund since Nov, for an order not received. Have DM'd the order details previously. It's not a small value so would really like it refunded please. Please can it be prioritised given the time I've been waiting? Thank you.

@evans_help any chance of a response to DM's and emails? Order from Nov 20 not received and any attempt to get a refund is ignored. Have raised a dispute with credit card provider as am fed up now.
