@HazelAppleyard The woman screaming makes it difficult to hear the man say his dog ran out of the house. After she tells him her dog bit his dog he continues to be calm and says it’s ok. Her dog bites his dog he apologizes to her for his dog getting bit.
Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America.
People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.
A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him.
Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community.
Last night, CNN, TMZ, CBS and others reported the dinner gunman was “confirmed dead.” In fact, he was alive and had not been shot. (Just shot at). At a dinner honoring White House reporting, the rush to be first instead of being accurate was on full display. Speaks volumes.
We were there front and center.
That venue wasn’t built to accommodate an event with the line of succession for the U.S. government.
After witnessing last night, drop the TDS and build the White House ballroom for events exactly like these.
I’m posting this because there are people who still don’t believe Blake Lively is absurd enough to lie to the court and demand my (and 106 others) extremely private location and financial data. Lively exploits issues that affect everyday women and families and hopes it scares people into taking her side and punishing people she wants to attack so she can elevate her social status. The number of women who have attacked me and others in the name of “feminism” to protect the special rich blonde star because they don’t believe she would be crazy enough to subpoena random people’s credit card, bank account, and location information is astounding. It is part of the federal court record. She did this to over 100 people across multiple social platforms.
Some people (both men AND women) lie or get things wrong in a way that affects others. It becomes very dangerous when they have the power, social status, and resources to threaten innocent people’s free speech and privacy rights. Blake Lively accused dozens of innocent women of being named in discovery as part of a “smear campaign” and the evidence that came out in federal court proved it was a lie. All is explained in the attached filing. My legal arguments were not the best because I couldn’t afford to spend tens of thousands on a lawyer and had to fight this myself. But the facts of the matter are all there in black and white with exhibits.
Blake Lively gets away with things like this because she counts on people only reading mainstream headlines and writing off the people who speak out against her as “bots” or not believing them. Her attorneys, after lying to the court about meeting with many of us, withdrew the baseless subpoenas after they served the purpose of scaring her online critics who exercised their first amendment rights to free speech and causing emotional and financial distress to many.
It is infuriating that Lively now put out a bizarre, disingenuous statement on Instagram trying to champion herself as an advocate against digital “violence” and abuse, as if she didn’t terrorize innocent women by threatening their privacy because she didn’t like what they said on the internet.

I’ve read a lot of laughably disingenuous celebrity guff in my time, but this statement by Blake Lively takes the proverbial biscuit. She is destroying her brand with this ridiculous case, and is now reduced to playing the ‘I’m doing it for the world’s children!’ card. Pathetic.
Justin Baldoni isn’t the only victim in this case. Blake Lively attempted to harm hundreds of content creators as she didn’t feel they had first amendment rights. She even went as far as to attempt to subpoena their bank account records.
Here is one content creator‘s testimony.
@RepThomasMassie I really hate that you represent Kentucky. You think all the grand standing is a good look for you. but threatening someone makes you look like a jackass. I hope that you get voted out and I never have to hear your name again.
Last summer Blake Lively tried to subpoena my credit card numbers, bank account, location data, and a host of other private personal information because she didn’t like what I said about her online. Lively thought that surely no one could organically disbelieve her claims or criticize her. It must have been the secret work of Justin Baldoni! I watched as the news outlets shared ugly screenshots of me and ran stories while asking Blake’s attorneys for comment but never asking me. Only @JoshTBoswell from the Daily Mail bothered to reach out.
I watched as random faux feminists then picked me apart for my looks and called me a misogynist because I’m not okay with an elitist jerk abusing our court systems to punish people she doesn’t like to the detriment of real victims. Because that is what Blake Lively does. She has the power and status to try to squash you like a bug if you do something she doesn’t like, and she subpoenaed 107 social media users (including someone with ONE subscriber) to try to terrorize anonymous accounts that criticized her.
Today the federal judge gutted Blake Lively’s lawsuit. She flew too close to the sun trying to exploit California’s “Me Too” law to make herself look like a hero. Suffice to say… my credit card numbers couldn’t have saved her from that. I look forward to her losing her retaliation claims if she chooses to proceed to trial on the remaining claims.
@Carey3060831622@TMZ Not sure how bad Justin Baldoni will look on the stand. But Blake lively did things like got married on a plantation, was rude to a reporter who commented on her baby bump also promoted her booze while promoting a movie about domestic violence.
Remember when I was cancelled & held back tears on the air & Kimmel stood up for me saying “All she did was ask a Q about blackface Halloween costumes, whereas I, Jimmy, have actually worn blackface many times & still have a show! This is wrong!”
Me neither. F him & his self pity
No one. NO ONE was waiting to hear from Mike Pence in order to know who to vote for. All of this points back to a so-called Elite that cannot overcome their own issues about one man, just once, in order to help alleviate the suffering of the American people. Shame on him.
Voters in the Bronx have a message for @AOC...
"Everybody's here for TRUMP!"
"I am a Democrat — and I belong here."
"She has done NOTHING for the Bronx."
