Have been trying to cancel my deceased husband’s Sky TV account but it’s impossible to do. Now I’m being threatened with legal action. Really bad service
Perhaps if VFSglobal only got paid once they completed their service instead of upfront their service may improve. Attitude seems to be “we have your money, why should we care”
@Tangoman68plus1@vfsglobalcare They do passport applications for my country. It’s not a visa it’s my passport renewal. I’m on a spousal visa and have to do my renewal and cannot get a valid passport. get absolutely no feedback from them except a generic email saying exactly the same answer 30 times over.
@vfsglobalcare I have given you all this information a few times already. You don’t follow it up. But then you already have my money so you don’t need to.
@Tangoman68plus1@vfsglobalcare No no resolution nearly a year waiting now. Only get generic emails to my queries. They just don’t care. They get paid either way. Take your money then don’t deliver and you can do nothing about it. I wish I could get paid for doing nothing.
@vfsglobalcare My visa application has to be renewed and I need a valid passport. I am about to become an illegal immigrant as it has taken your company more than 9 months so far. I eventually hired a private company to look into it but I cannot get answers from you regarding their findings
Since VFS has been useless at helping me I had to hire a private company to do their job. Found our VFS botched the fingerprints. No help from them on how to resolve this.
@vfsglobalcare Have been waiting 8 months for my passport vfsglobal fob me off with generic email answers. I am going to end up being in the country illegally as I can not apply for my indefinite leave to remain without my passport. 8 months is unacceptable
