@mdnghtmss@growthrapidly Becasue we all love burgers. My reason was the stock split. I'm not an expert by any means but I had seen stock splits obliterate other stocks. Which in this case is similar. But like I said I am not an expert.
@growthrapidly@mdnghtmss I've been in and out of this stock for a yr now and made a few bucks. I was in at 10 out at 33. This time I got assigned at an average of 22.38. Make 30-40 dollars a week on covered calls. It will rebound soon enough. When they did the split it started to drop. I'm not worried 🤷🏻♂️
@kurt13warner 3) I don't think anything has changed. It will be interesting to see what happens. Iran has noted numerous times that the US uses negotiations as a distraction to prepare for more attacks. It's happened twice now.
My personal belief is we are not done with this at all.
@CarlZha Because China is a anti-USA propaganda champ that's why! I believe shit coming from China less than that from the USA and that's saying a lot!
@MeidasTouch The truth here is really ugly and the facts and the reporting point to the truth. The fact is they were damaged. When an elected leader and official of the United States thinks that the president of the United States is more important than his duties is sick.
JUST IN: An oil tanker is burning in the Persian Gulf tonight. The IRGC claimed responsibility. Read that again. Not denied. Not attributed by intelligence analysts. Not inferred from drone signatures. Claimed. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard publicly announced that it struck a US-linked oil tanker in the northern Persian Gulf and set it on fire.
This is the first claimed attack on a tanker since the war began. Every previous strike, the Mayuree Naree off Oman, the container ship off Ras al Khaimah, the drones near Dubai International, carried no claim. The Mosaic Doctrine operates through deniability. Thirty-one commands fire without attribution because deniability is the doctrine’s immune system. Tonight the IRGC abandoned it. They want the world to know they did this. They want every shipowner, every insurer, every charterer watching the fire off Basra to understand that the entity that set it is not hiding. It is advertising.
This happened on the same day that Col. Ali Razmjou of Khatam al-Anbiya announced the end of reciprocal hits and the beginning of continuous strikes. On the same day he warned that not a single litre of oil benefiting the US, Israel, or allies would transit Hormuz. On the same day he told the world to prepare for $200 per barrel. The announcement was not a threat followed by a pause. It was a threat delivered alongside its proof, burning on the water off Iraq’s coastline.
Count what Iran struck in a single day. A Thai bulk carrier in the Strait. A container ship off Ras al Khaimah. Two drones intercepted at Dubai International Airport. Fuel storage tanks at the Port of Salalah in Oman, the neutral mediator whose oil tanks are still burning tonight. And now a claimed strike on a US-linked tanker in the northern Gulf near Basra. Five attacks across four countries’ waters in twelve hours.
During the Tanker War of 1984 to 1988, the IRGC attacked 546 ships over four years. That is roughly one ship every 2.7 days. On 11 March 2026, the IRGC struck five targets in one day. The pace has accelerated by an order of magnitude. The Tanker War had a functioning Supreme Leader who accepted a UN ceasefire after four years. The 2026 war has 31 autonomous commands operating on sealed orders from a dead man, a claimed tanker burning off Basra, and a colonel who just told the world the attacks will never stop.
The tanker fire is not the crisis. The claim is. A deniable attack deters traffic through fear of the unknown. A claimed attack deters traffic through certainty. Every shipowner now knows that the IRGC will strike, will set the vessel on fire, and will publicly announce that it did so. The calculation is no longer whether the risk is worth the cargo. The calculation is whether any cargo is worth sailing into a waterway where the attacker is proud of the flames.
The Strait carried 138 tankers per day before 28th February. It carries approximately 8 today. And the entity that reduced it just signed its name to the fire.
