Cinnamon rolls, homemade puff pastry with a cinnamon sugar raisin swirl + a vanilla creme patisserie swirl. Great for freezing just before second the prove. Take out of freezer the night before, they rise overnight, glaze and bake. 😋😋😋#pastries #breakfast #delicious #baking

Sablés Diamant Cookies - Diamond shortbread. Buttery, vanilla shortbread with a super yummy ‘sandy’ texture and rolled in coarse crystal sugar and then sliced, giving the edges a glittering, diamond-like appearance. #french #baking #cookie #shortbread
