The second culprit is called Rusoke. We initially focused on Obed, but upon reviewing the video clips, it’s clear that these two hit Sydney Gongodyo with pavers on the head. Below are his full details, @PoliceUg:
Dear UP @PoliceUg
I froze this frame from the video on TikTok. This is the Boda plate of the man that was interrogating the deceased in the blurry video which was released first. You can see him from that angle. He is one of the murderers. FISH HIM.

Whether Minister or not, Dr L. Muganga can contribute a great deal to government. We need disruptive interventions in government esp now. My plea is if he can be attached to the Ministry of Education. We so badly need a leap in the educ system. Hope the right choice is made.@ReachDrMuganga
I will repeat it, @kasujja you are doing an exceptional job. It’s now clear that those before you never fully appreciated the true mandate of the Media Centre. Your work alone justifies a 100% budget increase because we have ignored this institution for far too long.
What you’re doing is a genuine reflection of who we are as a country. A large percentage of Ugandans may never have even heard someone confidently speak Lugbara. You’re changing that. You’re making people feel seen, included, and more patriotic. I don’t think we even made this kind of messaging during COVID-19.
This is what national communication should look like. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
