Outstanding customer service from @TUIUK ...NOT!!! Hours on hold to then be cut off as soon as you get through to someone. No phone call back, nothing. There are those companies who have excelled through this Covid nightmare, and then there's you.... rubbish!

@BBCBreakfast i'm genuinely concerned about my 2 children... My 14 yr old has a heart defect and my 10 yr old has juvenile arthritis and the meds he's on means he's immuno-suppressed, yet the schools are still open and I'm not sure what i should do for the best? ☹
