@McavoyMick @JamesGunn My little one bawled too, in the car after and even when we got home. Okay I cried in the theatre too but who’s counting 😆. Anyways I started showing her product symbols that state if something is not tested on animals & it opened other good convos. She adores these characters.

@creatressart It can have decent conversations (which if that is all that needed I’d use it :) In my experience it acknowledges when it can’t understand certain human feelings or circumstances, and many therapists don’t admit that 😆
@josh_kolic At this point I think they’re projecting if someone can’t live off the amount, or find their own appropriate accommodations, they’re not worth investing in. Everyone wants to pass the buck or pretend people don’t exist between the cracks of their paperwork. Basic income.
@jdibon I was told at one point that emotions get “stored” in some of the same ways and places that chronic pain and inflammation do which if it’s true can explain why it needs to be considered when working through the tough spots. I know someone brought to tears every time she yoga
@Athecheat1 @jumped_ship @farid__jalali Ableism is so pervasive … why designers need to be trained in accessibility!! My first rule of design to new designers is don’t rely on color for status. Shocking how many did not learn that in design school…
