The BC Human Rights Commission has reportedly levied a $750,000 fine against a former elected official for stating that there are only two sexes , a view that, whether one agrees with it or not, has been the prevailing position for most of recorded history.

You may support or oppose his stance. That isn’t the point. The deeper issue is whether disagreement with evolving social doctrine should result in financial ruin imposed by a quasi-judicial body.

At the same time, violent offenders are frequently granted bail and released back into communities.

These contradictions raise serious questions about priorities, proportionality, and the protection of fundamental freedoms in Canada.

Shocking: BC NDP under David Eby just voted DOWN MLA Tara Armstrong’s Gender Ideology and Child Protection Act—49-38—at first reading!

This bill would’ve banned irreversible medical transitions for minors, protected kids from ‘gender ideology’ in schools/libraries, & stopped hiding identity changes from parents.

Twice now they’ve killed these protective measures. What are they so afraid of? Why silence this debate, especially after incidents like the Tumbler Ridge shooting tied to transgender ideology?

Courts & parents deserve better than this dismissal.

If the legislature won’t listen to common-sense child protection, it’s time to hit the streets again.

This decision is horribly WRONG, in so many ways.
Especially when you read about the things that Barry was standing up for.
Many British Columbians are just learning about the case involving former school trustee Barry Neufeld, so here’s what happened: The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal ruled that Mr. Neufeld’s public criticism of SOGI policies and gender ideology amounted to discrimination and “hate speech” under BC’s Human Rights Code. Not threats. Not violence. Speech. He is now facing massive financial penalties and permanent restrictions on what he’s allowed to say. This matters because human rights law was created to protect people from discrimination, not to silence political debate or punish parents and elected officials for questioning government policy. You don’t have to agree with Barry Neufeld to see the danger here. When a tribunal can redefine opinion as “harm,” free expression becomes conditional. Parents have the right to question what their children are taught. Citizens have the right to criticize government policy. Democracy depends on open debate. If those rights disappear whenever someone is offended, then none of us are truly free.
Gender ideology should not be taught to children in schools, and no transitioning should happen to minors.
Definition of a socialist government=
Obey our ideologies, or we will fine and jail you.
The mobs of the left are going after the people that are bold enough to stand their ground, and it is sickening that they are getting away with it.
