As the days get darker, many of us find ourselves staying inside all day, glued to our laptop or phone. Whilst it may take a conscious effort, make the decision to go outside once a day.
Happy September 1st! The start of a new month is a great reminder to reset. Whether this means a trip to the mountains, getting back on track with your meditation, or making an effort to live more mindfully, take this as your sign: inhale calm, exhale ease.
Stop telling yourself βIβll be happy when...β happiness is now. Make the conscious, daily choice to be happy. Act and spend your time in ways that feed this choice. #mindfulandhappy
