Next thing to tackle is getting a YouTube channel so we can start creating videos for technical support and Case Studies. Phew!

Lots of new things going on on the website, including a Bargain Corner in the shopping centre and new articles in the Learning Centre.

Our first BALANCE Tweet! It will take a while to learn this method of keeping in touch and making connections, but it's exciting
