@SamsungIndia this is unacceptable. Here is my full timeline reg my smart monitor purchase and issues.
Dec 1 – Received Samsung M5 Smart Monitor.
Dec 2 – Installation done. Immediately noticed missing features (Workspace, Gaming Hub).
Installer had no clue. I raised the issue with customer care.
They spent 1+ hour, tried video call assistance, failed, and said a service person will fix it.
Dec 3 – Service person came, did factory reset, still features missing.
He said “M5 doesn’t have these features, only M7 has.”
I asked how it can be a Smart Monitor without Workspace — no answer.
I sent Samsung website screenshots + YouTube reviews proving M5 does have Workspace.
He had no proper reply.
Dec 4 – Called customer care again. Explained everything from the beginning.
They agreed to initiate replacement and asked the service team to provide a CSR copy.
Service team REFUSED.
Service manager said they have “no authority to give anything in writing.”
I called customer care again and requested escalation.
Senior Officer Meenakshi promised resolution — but NOTHING happened.
Service team still refused to follow customer care instructions.
Dec 3–7 – No progress. Just back-and-forth between teams.
Dec 8 – Emailed Samsung with full details + proof.
Dec 9 – Got a generic template reply.
Samsung called in the evening; I was in a meeting. I called back immediately but the number wouldn’t connect. No callback.
Dec 10 Morning – Emailed again requesting callback.
Dec 10 Afternoon – Samsung called only to ask language preference, promised Tamil callback…
5+ hours passed. No call yet.
Every time a new representative contacts me, I am forced to explain the entire issue from the beginning — complete waste of time and energy.
I bought this monitor for my new office to improve productivity,
but for the past 10 days, Samsung has taken up all my time, leaving me disappointed and stressed instead of productive.
This is extremely lethargic behaviour.
Samsung is valuing customer time like NOTHING.
We are totally disappointed.
10 DAYS since complaint. Still ZERO solution.
Because of Samsung’s misleading info & poor handling:
Lost 6+ days of professional work
Deadlines affected
Stress from repeated calls
Productivity damaged
Is this how Samsung treats customers after selling products with missing advertised features?
I demand:
➡️ Replacement with correct Smart Monitor OR
➡️ Full refund.
Plus in need compensation for my work loss and stress.
If delay continues, I will proceed legally.
Fix this immediately.
