@youbroadband No connection in the entire area (Jaripatka, Nagpur) for over a week! Repeated complaints via email only offering platitudes. Helpline, app are all offering useless information! You Broadband CARES - indeed!

There is no Internet connection at my residence since 12 pm, 09-05-2036. After repeated calls, the connection was restored in the rest of the area but mine (1806810) still continues to be affected causing great difficulty in my professional work. Kindly help!
@TataPlayin Why does it take your team nearly a month to provide refund in a case of double payment? All one gets from your customer care are platitudes and empty assurances! This is highly counter to Tata's reputed professional approach!
