👉🏻 जो शिक्षक बाद में ��्रांसफर लेकर आए है उनको दोबारा से सरप्लस बना कर जबरदस्ती ट्रांसफर थोपा जा रहा है, जबकि उसी विद्यालय में दूसरा कोई शिक्षक स्थानांतरण चाहता है उनको ऑप्शन ही नहीं मिल रहा
