Incident info: 3700 Block of Truxel Rd. Vehicle into commercial building. Total of 5 patients transported. 1 with significant injuries, the other 5 with non-life threatening injuries.

400 Block of 12th Street; isolated fire in an industrial sized coffee roaster on the 1st floor of a commercial apartment building. 12th St closed between C & E St. while crews checked for extension to upper floors. Fire was contained to ventilation system and crews are clearing.

Structure fire 1400 Block of Katharine Ave. Single-story, single family residence. Initial report is all residents made out safely.

Today, Sacramento Fire Department had a Multi-Company Drill, partnered with Sutter Health.

This drill simulated a Fire and Mass-Casualty Incident at Sutter Hospital in Midtown Sacramento. They learned & reviewed how staff and Firefighters respond to simulated emergencies.

Incident info: Machinery fire inside a commercial occupancy on the 100 Block of Commerce Circle resulted in the evacuation of the occupants and will require the use of two trucks for smoke removal. No injuries occurred.

Incident info: Early morning pallet fire behind Costco off of Expo Parkway. E19 arrived to find over 200 pallets fully involved and called for 2 additional engines. No exposures no injuries. Cause under investigation.

Members of the Sacramento Fire Department joined Ophir Hill Fire for their Wildland Saw Refresher Training. This training is required every three years to maintain FAL2 qualifications in the California mutual aid system.
