Actually, if you've paid attention to @beyond_broke statements, he's literally said this the whole time. He's stated over and over, XRP already has clarity via the SEC lawsuit and therefore, does not need the Clarity Act to function as a Utility Digital Asset (UDA). The RCT is simply a convenient catalyst given the bond market involving Japan. Remember, China and Russia have stated that the US is attempting to handle the US debt via "crypto". Too many signs globally are pointing to the exact same thing if you do the research. Then again, do your own research.
@TheInsiderPaper Agree or disagree with the president's politics, the news has an obligation to the country to show the address. It's insane this is even possible. Feels like Covid all over again if they go through with this. Serious consequences if true. @POTUS@ABC@NBCNews
Yep. If you say "crypto" around folks, they cringe because of the whole "crypto bro" thing (a la Bitcoin, etc). If you say "Utility Digital Assets" or "UDAs", then people are somewhat curious and want to know a little more. Then we geek out. π One is a baseball card that only holds value based on popularity, the other has function and utility like a turbine creating energy.
@beyond_broke@XRPMoonWalkK There's no way they didn't intervene at least twice in the last 24 hours, and again, it's already shooting back up. The Yen obviously broken at the moment, and will continue to be until they aggressively hike rates that are not already priced in. Time tells all amigos.π
@citizenx9999@beyond_broke@DAT_LIFEX Looks like the BOJ/JMOF intervened again today. If this isn't the final allowable intervention without the IMF getting involved, then they're straight up lying about what they're doing to the Yen.
@OkeeMike@beyond_broke When you stated "pompously" is exactly where you went wrong. Jake has been stating over and over...and over, that the Clarity Act won't be passed in 2026 prior to the midterms. ...And over.
