@MacyMeadowsx I know it seems counterintuitive, but working out is probably the best way to displace that anxiety/stress. I hate working out, so i do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and it does wonders for my PTSD. Hope this helps, good luck and the world is better with you in it!
@MacyMeadowsx Fasting works wonders. I do 16 hours every day before eating; it has helped me lose 100lbs. It's also a great discipline tool, keep up the hard work!
