Pap smear, menstrual cup and sex are completely different experiences. Someone can desire and enjoy penetrative sex while finding a speculum, tampon or menstrual cup painful or uncomfortable because of involuntary pelvic floor tightening. Factor in things like arousal, lubrication, context, anatomy and consent. Being comfortable with one specific type of penetration doesn’t mean you’re comfortable with every form of penetration. Relax with the condescending tweets please.
Are some of you aware that menstruation doesn’t only occur in adult women?
Instead of addressing the substandard production of sanitary pads, some of you are suggesting menstrual cups as alternatives.
Can everyone find it comfortable to insert and reuse?
Once I see the “you can take penis but…” added to whatever advice/lesson for women when it comes to Pap smear and menstrual issues I just tap out. There are other ways, better ways to speak to women who are uninformed.
After they finish running after celebrities at 6:30am like children without home training, they’ll come online and shame young women for being lash techs and hairdressers instead of constituting nuisance like them.
