@Caf Why is the re no contingency for customers - this isnt acceptable to just tell people its not working, whats you plan, reassurance etc ??

@Caf I was in the middle of making payments and its all gone down, and in queue position 13 seriously - 6 hours wait to get through when you first set this new system now no access to bank or finance in the middle of our summer projects, just not good enough.

Gosh been in hospital for two weeks for sepsis & gall stones. So sad to see It’s such a difficult place to be - people are so lonely & desperate mentally, some very reliant on family, partners are carers, and can’t have them with them. You have to be strong to switch off #Covid
