Eventually she showed me some bags stored in the terminal, but none of them were mine. Number of lost luggage in their warehouse is in thousands

@toddybayern @MUC_Airport @lufthansa @staralliance Don’t bother going. They didn’t let me in, claiming they don’t know where the bag is and there is no chance for me to go in. No timeline of when the bag could be found. Waste of time and money.

@MUC_Airport my flight from MUC to PRG was cancelled 17/08/23 and bag was left behind in MUC. It’s been over 2 weeks and there is no update on the status of the bag. I’m flying to MUC tomorrow and planning on searching for the bag myself. Whom should I contact to do that?
