@Janela_X @putey_pute Worth remembering that in 1997 the Scottish Office ran Scotland with the Secretary of State and 5 ministers and just over half of the present civil servants. Devolution has given Scot Gov more powers but the increase in ministers and the administration is difficult to justify.
