I am truly excited and humbled to announce that https://t.co/2PZdS0EsZy, the MEV research aggregator, received a grant from Flashbots⚡️🤖to pursue the development of its LLM-based search engine (RAG system)!
I will be advised by Flashbots team members (@AndyBabino🫡) and working alongside @ballestar_ to put this project to fruition.
I want to deeply thank all Flashbots members who have been tirelessly championing the project from its inception four weeks ago (!), as well as for their legendary responsiveness (@damcnuta🤝).
I want to give special thanks to @Freddmannen without whom the project would not have had such visibility and success, as well as for his contributions and for supervision of the grant process.
Shared sequencing for rollups seems like a no brainer; lets rollups focus on being a good rollup rather than trying to tackle decentralizing their own sequencer
3.5.5 . Which could lead to builders optimizing for relationships with a highly trusted (presumably small) set of relays rather than optimizing for resiliency (submitting blocks to a bunch of relays)
As more relays start becoming optimistic/ simulating blocks asynchronously, more will have to custody builder deposits -> would that mean they'd be more of a financial entity than a cloud run instance?
Introducing Magi 🟠, our brand new OP Stack rollup client written in Rust.
We've been working on Magi to help improve the client diversity and resilience of the entire OP Stack ecosystem.
Lets dive in.
