😡Watch how these officers are so sure of themselves, only to be proven wrong six minutes later.
😡One officer literally laughs in the handcuffed mans face when he asks what is the 'reasonable articulable suspicion' that he's committed a crime.
On April 18, 2023, Town of Kent (NY) Police Officer Steven Gasparrini and others briefly detained resident Ryan Theodore while he was walking on Warwick Road in his neighborhood.
He was stopped after a nearby resident reported a suspicious white male in a hoodie and gray pants via doorbell camera—someone seen entering yards, knocking on doors, and peering in windows amid local theft reports.
Theodore mildly matched the description.
He refused to identify himself, asked for the reason for the stop, and was handcuffed and placed in a police car for roughly 8 minutes until officers confirmed via photo he was not the person of interest.
He was released with no arrest or charges.
Town Supervisor Jaime McGlasson reviewed the incident (including bodycam, radio traffic, and interviews) and found no wrongdoing, calling it a valid brief investigative stop.
🔸Theodore posted bodycam footage, filed a complaint, and later sued the town, Gasparrini, Chief Kevin Owens, and others in federal court alleging rights violations.
🔸The case (S.D.N.Y. 7:24-cv-05414) has included discovery and summary judgment motions and is still moving through the system.
❓What rights do you actually have when an officer says “You’re being detained” but won’t clearly state the suspicion?
❓Are doorbell cameras creating a new standard of “reasonable suspicion” that didn’t exist ten years ago?
❓At what point does a “brief investigative detention” become an arrest that requires probable cause?
This is the easiest lawsuit
Why are cops allowed to kill people pets and get away with it?
Deputy shows zero hesitation following the law when resident demands CPS officer officially tresspassed from her property. 👀
When government officials believe their badge places them above accountability, knowing your rights is your strongest defense.
A Child Protective Services officer, (later identified as Giavana Dawson) arrived at a private residence for an inquiry, accompanied by a sheriff’s deputy for civil standby.
The interaction that followed was a textbook contrast between bureaucratic overreach and lawful police conduct:
Things kicked off with resident documenting via video, the encounter on her property. The CPS worker became combative, demanding to know why she was being recorded and flatly refusing to allow her official agency badge or credentials to be filmed thus refusing to identify.
Instead of complying with public policy and transparency standards, the CPS officer attempted to strong-arm the homeowner, demanding cameras be turned off before showing identification.
State investigators operate under the color of law, not unchecked authority. In absence of an emergency warrant or court order, an uninvited welfare check is purely consensual. When an investigator conceals their identity and weaponizes procedural secrecy against a cooperative citizen, it crosses from routine duty into corrupt overreach.
Things quickly flipped when the homeowner stood her ground showing who is really in charge, revoked access to her property, and turned directly to Deputy Felix demanding action. Rather than shielding the CPS officer's unlawful actions, Deputy Felix followed the law to the letter:
Recognizing the resident’s constitutional curtilage and property rights, the deputy immediately escorted the CPS worker off the premises.
When the resident formally requested a criminal trespass warning against Dawson, the deputy did not hesitate. He entered the trespass directly into the Field Interview Report (FIR) system, confirming that any return to the property without a warrant would lead to immediate enforcement.
The deputy explicitly assured the homeowner that his official narrative would reflect her willingness to cooperate and that the encounter collapsed solely because the CPS caseworker refused to identify herself.
Department supervisors later confirmed that agency policy strictly requires caseworkers to present credentials and does not permit agents to refuse identification simply because a citizen is filming on private property.
This encounter serves as a crucial case study in asserting Fourth Amendment protections: police officers on civil standby are bound by constitutional limits, and public servants who refuse transparency have no lawful authority to linger on private land.
Great job by the deputy by showing no bias by standing up for the constitutional rights of the homeowner. It's rare that you see an officer actually choose the constitution over protecting government officials.

When Complete Silence Terrifies Power-Tripping Police Officers Into Making An Illegal Arrest !!!
🚨What message does this send to every Tennessee landowner who might fire a shot on their own property?
A Monroe County, TN man, Zebulon Trevor Passmore, was on his own property when he fired his handgun into the ground to scare chickens toward the coop.
His neighbor Kelley McDonald heard the shots and called the sheriff.
Deputies showed up and came onto his property to confront him.
Deputy Brian Emberton disarmed him over his objection.
They demanded ID, and deputy Rachel Meyer arrested him when he refused.
Tennessee has no general stop-and-identify law.
No crime was suspected from the shots.
He was charged with "failure to identify".
Charges were later dismissed. He’s now suing the deputies and the county.
Bodycam of the exchange says it all.
❓Why did the deputies escalate a non-criminal situation into an arrest instead of simply documenting the call and leaving?
❓Why does a neighbor’s call about gunshots automatically override a man’s right to be armed on his own land?
❓Did the deputies completely overstep their authority or was taking the gun off his hip allowed for "officer safety"?
This is what happens when KAREN gets a badge… 🚨😂

Roswell Officer Reaches Into Mans Pocket Without Permission
They Thought a Quiet Zone Meant Banning the Constitution... Hostile Patrons Sit in Utter Defeat !!
This is terrible what happened to this man. Hats off to this guy for putting himself through this to protect OUR RIGHTS.
Most people watch these body camera encounters and see an officer losing their temper when their egos get crushed. What they miss is the sinister legal machine waiting just behind the scenes to crush the citizen long after the cameras shut off.
Meet Anselmo "Enrique" Morales-Torres. He stood on a public sidewalk in Cranston, Rhode Island, recording the exterior of a National Guard military installation. Filming public buildings and government facilities from a traditional public forum is indisputably protected under the First Amendment. It violates zero laws.
Yet, within minutes, an officer confronted him, demanding his personal identification with zero reasonable articulable suspicion of an actual crime.
When Anselmo lawfully held his ground, the officer escalated instantly from zero to one hundred, putting hands on him, unlawfully searching his pockets, pushing him against a hot patrol vehicle hood, and throwing him in a cage. Through their lack of knowledge of the law those officers slapped him with the classic contempt-of-cop charges: "obstruction of justice" and "disorderly conduct."
The truth? The police were the ones who violated the law. Under Rhode Island statute and established Fourth Amendment precedent, passive refusal to hand over ID during a consensual encounter is not a crime.
Anselmo knew he was innocent, so when prosecutors tried to offer him a standard "no-filing" deal, essentially a one-year stay-out-of-trouble pass that avoided an outright admission of guilt, he refused to take the easy way out. He wanted his day in court. He wanted accountability on those officers.
That’s when the prosecution and the courts turned the screws.
As Anselmo continued exercising his constitutional rights in other jurisdictions, he faced retaliatory arrests that triggered a bail violation hearing. The court revoked his bond and remanded him into custody at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI)—holding him I DEFINITELY with no release date.
Put yourself in his shoes: You have committed no violent act. You have hurt nobody. You have four young daughters at home who rely on you for food, shelter, and security. The system resets and delays your court hearings month after month while you sit behind bars. The prosecutor’s office held all the leverage: remain locked in a cage indefinitely while your family suffers and falls into financial ruin, or plead guilty to trumped-up charges and walk out the door today.
He did what any loving father had to do to get home to his children—he signed a guilty plea for probation and 100 hours of community service.
Here is the real corruption: under the federal doctrine of Heck v. Humphrey (1994), if you have a valid criminal conviction on the record, you are legally barred from filing a federal Section 1983 civil rights lawsuit against the officers for unlawful arrest if winning that suit would invalidate your conviction.
By using pre-trial bail revocation to force a guilty plea out of an innocent man, the prosecutors achieved the ultimate departmental cover-up:
They wiped away any chance for Anselmo to sue the arresting officers for civil rights violations.
They shielded the city and its insurers from paying for unlawful detention and excessive force.
They protected the officer from facing a federal judge or public civil liability, ensuring zero real reform happens inside that department.
This is why First Amendment auditors do what they do. They put their physical bodies, their clean records, and their freedom on the line to expose a corrupt pipeline where law enforcement violates basic constitutional rights with impunity, and prosecutors use pre-trial incarceration as a weapon of extortion to bury their misconduct.
When accountability is made impossible by design, shining a spotlight on the process is the only weapon the public has LEFT.
CNN’s Dana Bash: “I also don't want to use this interview to allow you to say things that aren't entirely true. It is also factually true that the COVID vaccine worked. The COVID vaccine prevented deaths. There is data, upon data, upon data.”
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “You think the COVID vaccine protected children?”
Dana Bash: “I have talked to scientists and doctors…”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “Can you show me one study that shows that children were protected by the COVID vaccine?”
“That that vaccine did more good than harm to children? Can you show me one study that shows that?”
Dana Bash: “There have been studies that show that, because of vaccine disinformation, there could have been 100K to 200K in the U.S. saved But because people didn't get the vaccine, that's why.
Robert F. Kennedy: “You are saying nonsense. You are saying something that you cannot show me a single study.”
Dana Bash: “Excuse me! Excuse me!”
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “Cite me the study that you’re talking about. You said you’ve seen studies. Cite me the study.”
Dana Bash: *Can’t cite the study*
Robert F. Kennedy Jr.: “You're talking nonsense. You're making assertions you can't support, and then when I call you on them, you're telling me I'm arguing with you.”
Kennedy gave a MASTERCLASS on how to handle FAKE NEWS CNN.

Oh well!

This is insane… this officer should be fired and charges pressed against the entire department…

San Antonio Policewoman Goes Viral In Texas Moment
Being scared as a park Ranger is ridiculous. Walks right up the guy than demands him up stay back 🤣🤣🤣 Another case of a female officer who makes things up and has no legal authority to request made up laws. This is the problem, not really to serve and protect but to make life difficult at any cost..
Sen. Ron Johnson: “This is a PROFOUND revelation… The US FDA now admits COVID-19 vaccines KILLED American children.”
Healthy kids — virtually ZERO risk from COVID — were FORCED by Biden mandates into lethal shots.
Leaked FDA memo on child deaths: regulators confess their actions “we have harmed more children than we saved.”
They KNEW the risks. They HID the signals. They MANDATED the deaths anyway.
Mass murder by mandate. Where is the justice?
