@brettpn @NoleGIFs Carns never gets into a secondary to be successful in throwing most guys out Always on one knee but doesn’t throw from a knee. Most of the runners he’s caught stealing are guys who take off when he doesn’t block a ball efficiently and it pops away and he throws them out after.
