@amazon hi I received a pair wrong size of shoes the box mentions size 10 that’s my size but inside it’s size 9 instead of replacing them I’ll be getting a refund only after I dispatch them back but I feel Amazon should either arrange me the right size or get it picked themselves

@ICICIBank_Care how many working days does it take to respond back as it’s more than a week since I received a call and was assured to get a replacement card so that I’m able to redeem my reward points.

@ICICIBank_Care people be aware once u block your ICICI credit card for any reason and if the bank has replaced it 3 times in its lifetime even if you have paid for it and 20years of usage the bank doesn’t replace it. For the reasons better known to them.

Giving solution on call might resolve issues for some but in my case send someone on ground then give solution.
