@CapitalOne after being with you for 16 years you treated your customer like scum. Where is the customer protection?? What policies do you have in place to protect your customers - none. I called and all I get is per our policy. I was scammed and all you care about is policy.

@GiantFood beyond my will you forced me to be a cashier at your company without pay. As if not bad enough the machine I work on is too sensitive telling me to replace the item to the bagging area after I bagged n put in my cart.
