@Successful_Capt@pastortonye1@m_eyit If you read the whole of 1 Corinthians 10 you would see their journey there.. and its progress.. They were called out, ate Passover, baptized, ate spiritual meal had Christ followed them in form of a rock. But fell in the wilderness.
@Successful_Capt@pastortonye1@m_eyit I thought it took some element of belief to participate in the Passover and to be baptized into Moses, especially as these activities were foreshadowing of the New Testament salvation experience.
@Successful_Capt@pastortonye1@m_eyit Meanwhile, according to John 17:3, the eternal life referred to in John 3:16 is the Knowledge of God and Jesus that emanates from continual fellowship with Him.
So please help me understand how this supports the notion that a believer can not fall away.
@Successful_Capt@pastortonye1@m_eyit I still don't understand your perspective. Israelites' experience in the wilderness showed that people can begin as believers and end in unbelieve. John 3:16 describes the experience of believers, how are you connecting these thoughts?
@IanReward@markessien Opay alone can't take care of all the trade that would be created within that corridor in the next 10 years. I actually expect every payment business in nigeria to have a China/Chinese playbook
@DrJoeAbah Sir, most tertiary institution curricula already include electives and, in many cases, an entire semester dedicated to teaching these skills. Is there an option to strengthen that component instead of retaining and extending the NYSC camp or even scrapping the camp altogether?
@TolulopeAyeni Unity of faith isn't as far out as we think if we can get leaders to privately debate doctrinal issues, most Christian leaders are actually more open to learn and would submit to superior arguments in private much easier than we think.
@TolulopeAyeni I would say unity refers more to agreements. Helpful debates that can birth agreement on major doctrinal matters. Just as it was in Acts chapters 11 and 15. The real challenge isn't even ariving at the unity of faith. it's the fact that we have taken our debates to market squares
