Despite blocking 9 inward calls, caller seems to ignore the blocks and makes calls and service provider attempts to connect the call

The only connect of
@BlueDartCares with its customer is the prohibitive courier charges. No connect for complaints. It appears that higher ups are unaware of happenings below. More concerned with pay packets than delivery of packers. Staff are rude, arrogant and inefficient.
