✅ We have been long obsessing over what’s the best way to give folks control over hiding and showing tasks.

It has to be obvious but can’t clutter up the UI and also not TOO hidden. We think this direction has a lot of promise. We have more ideas for task bar so stay tuned.

Ah, great question – docs are private, but visible to your whole team. Private projects will only be visible to teammates you choose. Kinda like the difference between "Anyone at my company can view" and "Only specified people". We're separately working on allowing globally-public docs that you can share via link, and that will be available to all teams (free and paid).
