@cvpayne Charles, sir, we have a major problem.
Congress is abiding by their QUID PRO QUO with wall street, and trying to abolish portions of the CAT system that are integral to naked short reform and preventing stock market manipulation.
I've never asked this, but it would be an honor to discuss this with you on your show, even if very briefly, to provide a retail-investor's perspective on why we need and support the CAT.
Fellow retail is emailing / calling their congressmen/women now to voice their opinions respectfully, and the more eyes on this the better it would be for us to put eyes on an important subject that most people are sadly unaware is literally stealing money from them every single day.
Here is a video of Charles' recent coverage on Fox Business regarding the CAT system:

This is unusual.
Citadel Securities has been charged by the SEC for abusive short selling practices.
The SEC estimated that the firm marked millions of certain short sales as long sales and vice versa from 2015 to 2020.
The fine?
$7 million.
@GaryGensler All US financial and political system is shady from congresional trading with insider information to finra fraud, Market makers, HF with conflict of interest, naked short selling, dark pools and SEC with infinte loopholes for HF and banks. Retail see everything You do nothing
🚨BREAKING NEWS🔥
HEDGE FUNDS SUING @SECGOV OVER NEW SHORT SELLING DISCLOSURE RULES‼️
THEY'RE TERRIFIED OF HAVING TO REPORT THEIR SHORT POSITIONS🔥🙊
"The lawsuit claims that the rules will discourage short selling because they would reveal confidential information about trading strategies and enable market participants to imitate or trade against funds deploying a short-selling strategy."
Since when have short HF ever cared about protecting retail⁉️ NEVER!
THE ONLY PRICE DISCOVERY THAT WOULD BE AFFECTED IS THE ILLEGAL AND MALICIOUS SHORTING WHICH BRINGS STOCK PRICES DOWN. THAT WOULD BE MORE DIFFICULT FOR SHORT HF'S‼️

We are considering an Amicus appearance in that case. Someone has to give retail a voice in these cases. Right now it’s a bunch of hedge fund associations speaking up supporting these thieves, and the Judge never hears YOUR side. Stay tuned.
Anyone surprised yet??? Robinhood 24 hour trading is “directly linked to PFOF routing orders to Citadel Securities.
This is a crime scene.
When you open the “Extended Hours Trading Disclosure” you will find this on “page 2.”
Robinhood DIRECTLY - are using a Single 24 HOUR MARKET MAKER (CITADEL SECURITIES) which they route orders to with PFOF directly from “Robinhood Securities, LLC (RHS)” to CITADEL SECURITIES (Market Maker) that then routes them to THEIR OWN “24 HOUR ATS” system.
Robinhood does NOT, want to mention Citadel Securities at all, but it is CLEAR AS DAY, the same “crime scene” that occurred on January 27-28, 2021 - with Racketeering and “Conflicts of Interests” between RobinHood and Citadel Securities (Market Maker) - it’s all due to CITADEL SECURITIES being the LARGEST PAYER to RobinHood for “PFOF” for client orders and routing back to CITADEL to “frontrun” ALL TRADES.

$GME and $AMC trading 24/7 on Robinhood without any notification or announcement or “legal approval.”
This entire market is a crime scene.
The moment “overnight” kicks in, now they’re massively green without anyone being able to trade it.
It literally says: “This security is available on the 24 hour market.”
Looks like Citadel wants 24/7 PFOF access to your trades cuz they’re in trouble.
What in the world is this crime scene? #AMC #GME #APESNEVERLEAVING #RobinHoodFraud #CitadelCriminals #WallsStCriminals #KenGriffinIsBernieMadoff

Market breadth is a critical concept for retail traders to understand, as it offers insights into the overall health and direction of the stock market. It refers to the degree to which movements in the market are widespread among its constituents. Instead of focusing solely on the performance of major indices like the S&P 500 or the Dow Jones, market breadth considers the number of stocks advancing versus those declining. This approach provides a more comprehensive view of market trends.
Understanding Market Breadth
Market breadth is a powerful tool because it can help identify whether a market move is broadly supported or not. For instance, if a market index is rising but the majority of stocks are declining, it might suggest that the index's increase is not robust and could be driven by only a few large companies. This situation can be a warning sign for traders about the sustainability of the current trend.
1. McClellan Daily Chart Market Breadth Indicator
The McClellan Market Breadth Indicator is a popular tool that helps in understanding market breadth. It's calculated using the number of advancing and declining issues on the NYSE and NASDAQ.
McClellan line is a short-term indicator that illustrates the acceleration or deceleration of market breadth. It can signal overbought or oversold conditions in the market.
2. Market Breadth Mid & Small Cap Vs. SPY Index Indicator
Another valuable tool is the Market Breadth Mid & Small Cap Vs. SPY Index indicator. This indicator compares the breadth of mid and small-cap stocks against the performance of the SPY, which tracks the S&P 500. By doing so, it reveals whether smaller companies are performing in line with, better, or worse than the larger, more established companies in the S&P 500. This can be critical for understanding the market's risk appetite and sector rotations.
How to Use These Indicators
As a retail trader, you can use these indicators to:
Gauge Market Sentiment: They can help you understand whether the market sentiment is bullish or bearish, based on the participation of the stocks in the rally or decline.
Identify Divergences: Spotting divergences between market indices and breadth indicators can signal potential reversals or continuations in the market trend.
Risk Management: These tools can inform your decisions on when to enter, hold, or exit positions based on the overall market strength or weakness.
These indicators provide valuable insights beyond just the price movements of major indices. They allow retail traders to make more informed decisions by understanding the underlying dynamics of the market.
