Staggering incompetence, @SouthwestAir Flight 1679 MDW to BWI; 7:25pm scheduled & departed 10:15pm after multiple conflicting flight announcements at gate. Once landed at 1am we sat 20 mins waiting for jetway. Waiting at Baggage Claim 7 for another delay, bags are circling on 4.

- Called local number directly to ask if appt could be moved up, woman on the phone said no.
- Days later, local @safelite calls to say they can't service, need to go directly to @Tesla dealer.

(1/3) If @Safelite is unable to service @Tesla , customers shouldn't be funneled into online scheduling. Going directly to the dealership would've saved 5 days.

Fire in trees after 7/17/19 storm!! Wires in tree line behind house sparked when power restored. Tree debris caught fire & @LGVFC came. On 7/20 @verizonfios service call, but not running lines until @MyBGE clears trees. 7/21 fires again! 7/22 finger pointing from both companies.

UPDATE: Forestry service from @MyBGE coming at some point. Thank you! Still need to schedule @verizonfios to return after overhead wires are taken care of. I want to sleep better knowing our trees will not be self-combusting. #treesonfire #SummerStorm

Verizon tech came and ran a temporary line from the tree line to the house on July 20.
