RTCA ने कहा - हुजूर, Tax Audit की Date बढ़ा दीजिए, काम बहुत है।

CBDT के वकील साहब बोले - हुजूर, जवाब तो तैयार नहीं है, तारीख बढ़ा दीजिए।

कोर्ट ने कहा - ठीक है, अगली तारीख 28 सितंबर।

*मतलब साफ है...*

*CBDT खुद के लिए कोर्ट से तारीख पर तारीख ले रही है, और हम CAs से कह रही है कि "30 सितंबर को ही फाइल करो, कोई एक्सटेंशन नहीं मिलेगा!"*

गजब का न्याय है।
*CBDT खुद के लिए Extension, और देश के लाखों Taxpayers के लिए Tension!*

CBDT भी अजब है, गजब है।
कोर्ट की तारीख Extend करवाने में Expert है,
और Tax Audit की तारीख Extend करने में... सबसे बड़ी सख्त!

In the backdrop of the Rajasthan High Court case, the delegation also presented statistics highlighting the number of audits that remain pending and the significant pressure being faced by members due to the newly introduced August deadline. The concerns raised by the delegation were duly noted, and the discussion was held in a positive and constructive manner.

ITR portal not working - अजीब स्तिथि है रिटर्न भरने भी नहीं देंगे और तारीख़ भी नहीं बढ़ायेंगे ।
अब क्या करें !!!! आज तारीख़ बढ़ा दें तो कम से कम कल Professionals को Sunday तो छुट्टी मिलेगी क्यों कि कल भी आना है और पोर्टल तो इसी स्तिथि में रहेगा क्यों कि रातों रात तो सुधार हो नहीं सकता है । शायद असलियत में पोर्टल की प्रॉब्लम इसकी Capacity से जुड़ी हुई लगती है क्यों कि जैसे ही अंतिम तिथि आने लगती है पोर्टल परेशान करना ���ुरू कर देता है ।
अभी इसका हल यही है कि अभी आज तो तारीख बढ़ा दी जाए और इसके अलावा कोई रास्ता भी भी है ।
