@WestJet little late since I’m already at my destination. we spent an hour at checkin because the reservation that I have confirmation for and a receipt for didn’t exist. 🙄 terrible experience with no help and still on the hook for the hotel because you cancelled my flight home…

@WestJet @locuradesabado @locuradesabado don't waste your time with this option. I tried it and they told me "it's your problem to figure out." - they're trying to make it look like they care on social media but they won't actually help you...

@misakiaragaki @mdmrules @SyperekMurphy @raviakaram @WestJet What it sounds like is you have to request a refund then wait for them to reach out. It also sounds like people have been waiting a long time. But the other option is to wait in the insane queue and maybe be denied and told to wait 😞
