we are at a dawn of a new era that will
be the most consequential shift this country & the broader world has ever seen.

in 8 short years, the republicans, particularly donald trump, have managed to completely reshape the american landscape in every single dimension, indeed the american psyche if you will, what it means to be an american, & how/what american values will be proliferated for future generations (work ethic, being proud to be american, etc)—what a remarkable achievement for a party that was pretty much lost post obama. in addition trump managed to install conservative justices that will last for 40 more years (preserving his ideologies) & then managed to convince even the immigrants & minorities to side with him getting a landslide sweep with the popular vote. incredible.

the past 8 years + the next 4 will have a profound impact on american life & humanity as a whole—as technocratic populism spreads broadly now, it will create a new age of enlightenment for america which will spread throughout the world. we will see radical shift in thinking about the role of major institutions in american life, the way new technologies get radically developed / deployed (ai, self driving cars, mars rockets, electricity, etc.), immediate abandonment of old school ways of operating + norms, finishing off woke culture, & much much more.

the liberal establishment now has been firmly routed, & will continue to be eroded for the next 4 years at least (likely the biggest 4 years of change this country has ever seen are here).

this is the experiment the founders of this country likely didn’t anticipate but it is likely the one this country needs to move humanity to its next phase as a highly technologically augmented species.
