I will never have my family book here again. You cancel a reservation without notification. People travel and get there & don't have a room. You say the credit card didn't go through but my bank has no record of you attempting to draw funds. BTW frt desk horrible

@Delta you have screwed up my daughters. Was supposed to leave from PNS to BWI Couldn't fly because of Microsoft outage. Said she could fly from Atl. Drove 6 hrs to ATL to drop her off. 3 hrs later she calls to tell us that flight has now been canceled b/c plane not available
