The state doesn't have validated murder weapon, their own expert could not validate the fragments found came from the gun they alleged killed Charlie.

The K'9's brought in to search for the gun did not alert. Dogs with this training do no miss alerting to a weapon that has been fired within 24 hours no matter the weather conditions. The gun was only recovered after the FBI came on the scene.

The state's "confession" was recreated by the FBI/Israeli company without timestamps and refer to Twiggs as roommate instead of by name as Twiggs/Robinson would naturally have referred to one another. The state did NOT bring Twiggs into the courtroom, instead gave him immunity and allowed recorded testimony without the defense having the ability to cross examine.

Of course this will move to trial but the State's case is far worse than I expected and will be destroyed during trial.
