@FedEx what happens when your driver leaves half a door tag? Then another driver brings a different package, but tells you he can't accept your door tag because the bottom part where you signwas tore off? Then, he scans your door tag & leaves with it. customer service won't help

Then, thanks for the fill in - the - blank "sorry" form letter. How about kicking us a voucher, points, or partial refund for additional issues with the employers once we got back?! Or at least send them one of those letters too!

@united thanks for a horrible experience. 3 hour delay that was both foreseeable and preventable. As soon as you issued the first delay, everyone knew it was going to be an issue with the crew's shift time. You had 3 hours to fix it, and didn't.
