@2KSupport are y’all EVER going to fix NBA2k from crashing peoples Xbox’s? Has been a well documented issue since at the very least last year. WHAT IS UP?!?!? anyone can Google search it with hundreds of results. Why won’t you address it? absolutely mind boggling at this point.

@matdinoh90 @2KSupport contact PlayStation support they will most likely be the ones to issue a refund, 2k will NOT. That was my experience with Microsoft

@matdinoh90 @2KSupport Is your system abnormally warm after it shuts off? Me and many other Xbox users are running into this issue right now as well. Assuming like everyone else, no other games are hard crashing your system but nba2k correct?
