The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi will be closed on Wednesday, 11 March, on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (PBUH).
Regular working hours will resume on the next working day.
BREAKING: Turkiye Foreign Ministry sources say Iranian FM Abbas Araghchi told Turkish FM Hakan Fidan the missiles that entered Turkish airspace were not launched from Iran and that a full investigation will be carried out.
Glad to engage at the Leaders’ conference today, hosted by the EU. Both regional and US interests will truly be best served by a ceasefire now and a return to diplomacy as soon as possible. The economic damage and potential for humanitarian catastrophe are unsustainable.
Iran does not want to harm ordinary Americans who overwhelmingly voted to end involvement in costly foreign wars.
Blame for surging gas prices, costlier mortgages, and pummeled 401(k)'s lies squarely with Israel and its dupes in Washington.
9 days into Operation Epic Mistake, oil prices have doubled while all commodities are skyrocketing. We know the U.S. is plotting against our oil and nuclear sites in hopes of containing huge inflationary shock. Iran is fully prepared.
And we, too, have many surprises in store.
Iran is the heir to a civilization at least 6,000 years old. Through the trials of history, no power has ever succeeded in erasing this storied name. Anyone who entertains the illusion of destroying Iran knows nothing of history. Aggressors have come and gone; Iran has endured.
Thank you CENTCOM for admitting that you are using our neighbors' territory to deploy HIMARS systems against our people, apparently including a desalination plant.
Nobody should complain if our powerful missiles destroy these systems wherever they are in retribution.
“Permission to take up arms is granted to those who are attacked; [because] they have suffered injustice. God has power to grant them victory” (Quran 22:39).
Reza Pahlavi is the heir to a regime of corruption and brutality imposed by outsiders on the Iranian people. He has lived a life of a self proclaimed "prince" supported by the money stolen from the people. His presence demeans the sacrifices being made for freedom.
What Reza Pahlavi is attempting to do—by declaring himself Iran's "transitional leader"—is dangerous and will only destabilize the situation further.
Pahlavi has next to no support inside the country, as he is literally the son of the man who was overthrown by the Iranian people after years of brutality, theft and oppressive rule.
The Iranian people will not resort back to a tyrannical monarchy after freeing themselves of a tyrannical Islamic regime.
This would be a formula for disaster.
@MaMoMVPY DK is right. The goal should be to put the rich Arabs back on camels and make Yemen the next super power. Then you and I can direct Lawrence of Arabia part II

It’s high time Washington had a serious debate about the “special relationship” and whether Israel is a net asset or a major strategic liability for the United States.
So a few twists:
• Saudi Crown Prince MbS has lobbied Trump for weeks to strike Iran - WP
• Iran accepted zero enrichment before the strikes - Oman FM
• Khamenei was hit as he was at his official residence, didn’t hide
• Trump knew a hardliner could replace Ayatollah
Strait of Hormuz closed - it is impossible to fly over Russia and the Gulf States. Oil prices up - unrest spreding to Iraq, conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan, the complete erosion of the rule of law in the US with Pentagon attacking Anthropic and ZERO visibility of how things will develop in Iraq. Tourism about to collapse in the Gulf and likely also in the Middleeast - this will likely trigger a recession in Dubai.
Sure thing investors will be super happy...
