Regardless of the issue, the way they are choosing to support us during this difficult time is careless. They are unqualified and irresponsible.
@a2hosting_alert I called in to the A2 hosting sales line, and I was connected right away. Yet no responses to our tickets that are over a week old, no answer to emails, calls, and it is impossible to get anybody useful over chat. They're eager to sell their services but don't care about us.

@a2hosting_alert What kind of BS "update" is this. We know you aren't able to do your job because you have underqualified engineers, but the least you can do is admit fault and communicate real progress and your plan of attack. Instead, half of us (and our customers) are left in the dark.
