No, but seriously, what is it going to take to get @AirCanada to help me? I was supposed to be in Regina more than 24 hours ago. I've lost nearly 2 work days to this & cannot attend an important conference. My hotel room in Regina is sitting empty, costing me $$$. Please DM me.

@AirCanada Self-serve options on your website do not work. I am on hold for an estimated 2+ hours and cannot rebook anything let alone cancel. I am entitled to compensation for this fiasco, but first you need to rebook or cancel these flights for me. Please help me. Thank you.

I have been loyal to @aircanada, but no more. This is the worst travel experience I have ever had. @aircanada cost me: thousands of $, the chance to attend my annual professional conference for priceless continuing legal education & countless hours/energy. @AirPassRightsCA

@AirCanada if you're not going to get me to Regina on time, at least let me cancel and compensate me for this mess. I'm out $$$$ for a conference with a hotel room sitting empty and am missing out on critical legal CPD plus a long-awaited visit with a friend in Sask. Do better.

I am unable to rebook online & all @aircanada flights to YQR are sold out today. I cannot get through to 1-888-247-2262 with no luck. They didn't even pay for my cab ride home. I am already missing day 1 of my conference & AC wants to send me Regina after it's over. What?!
