Precious moment a blind daughter can see for the first time after eye surgeries

Meet 2-year-old Nicolly Pereira from Brazil, who was born blind due to a condition called glaucoma. They traveled to Florida, where doctors from the University of Miami performed a three-hour surgery, to restore her vision. Additionally, they cleared the fluid from her ears, allowing her to hear again.

After undergoing several eye surgeries, Nicolly could finally open her eyes and see the world for the first time

When the doctor removed the bandages from the little girl's eyes, she cried a lot, so her mother sang to calm her down. The moment she opened her eyes again for the first time, she looked around to see everything and tried to get used to being able to see.

Her mother couldn't contain her emotions and shed tears of happiness at the sight of her daughter experiencing vision. As she sat, she closely examined a stuffed animal.

Subsequently, her mother took her to an optometrist to get a pair of glasses fitted. Nicolly's reaction to her mother was priceless.
