Just a warning do not buy this oven it has broken on us 4 times. 2 electronic faults and twice the glass has fell out the bottom of the door and shattered everywhere. It has lots of complaints on the reviews and b&q have refused to replace it for us!

I’m trying to buy and get a product delivered Yet I can’t.The store a willing to sell me it and deliver but your computer system won’t let them do it! Customer service have been beyond useless and have made up nonsense & lies and have put me on hold and cut me off!

@bandq_help Given the wrong items for 2 store collections(same week). On return, correct items out of stock and no credit note issued. Customer service call noise very triggering(autistic sensory) and I was told each store would handle it separately. Not the service I expect.

I ordered a desk from @BandQ with delivery scheduled for 6 January. It’s now the 13th and I still have no idea when I’ll actually get it. They told me it was due to the weather. Man, it was just cold for three days. You’re in Scotland — there’s no excuse for providing zero updates. The internet is up and running.
I don’t care about compensation. All I care about is: don’t promise things when you know you can’t deliver.
That’s why Amazon is the best company to order things from.
