@WrenKitchens I’ve been told it’s not possible to add your kitchen range slim 2-bin system for a 300mm unit, to the bottom of my 300mm W x 720mm H robe unit. It would be perfect for laundry and seems like a missed opportunity in the bedroom range.

@bandq_help Given the wrong items for 2 store collections(same week). On return, correct items out of stock and no credit note issued. Customer service call noise very triggering(autistic sensory) and I was told each store would handle it separately. Not the service I expect.

@Pret for the past year my local store has very rarely offered frappes and now they have been removed completely. Can you please bring back smoothies and actually make them nice this time. They few times I could order one, they were like cold soup with no flavour.
@Vuse_uk the worst customer service!!! I requested to return an order 2 weeks ago and they are still “processing” a label for this? I emailed and raised a complaint yet noting yet. I believe this company are blocking returns
