@City_Ekurhuleni Hi, we have no electricity in Birch Acres since 23h00, 17th July 2025. Electricity seemed to go dim just before it went off. Please can you send techs to investigate. Could be a transformer or substation issue.

@rainSouthAfrica Please train your call center agent as they are rude. Mario De Leon Jr, was rude to me and hung up the call while I was trying to verify if the mail he sent, in my junk mail is from him, he was very rude. Ref no.32229242

@OnAirTV_ I am not happy with your services. I was double charged three times. Now I want to cancel my direct debit so I can pay via Snap only. This way I have control. I was advised by Padmani Kandhan that I cant. Please refer me to the right department.

@OnAirTV_ Whatever you do, dont sign up with these guys. Their customer service center is a mission to access. They double charge, you will struggle to connect with them. Useless and stressful

@OnAirTV_ I have been trying to get hold you this company for days, with no luck. You hold online for an hour then it hangs up. They dont respond to their mails. Yet they can double charge every month.
