Matter enabled AC was installed on 16 MARCH. Wifi / Matter feature not working at all. After nearly 2 months and several phone calls still no solution. Is it the policy of Panasonic to not deliver what is promised and ignore customers thereafter? @panasonic @PanasonicIndia

@help_delhivery My package was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of July. Instead i keep getting updates as "Delivery rescheduled based on input from Consignee" for two consecutive days. I have not received calls regarding delivery. Why resort to such unfair practices?
