🔴The Judiciary of the Islamic Republic announced this morning the execution of #AmirhosseinHatami, one of the detainees from the January 2026 protests. Mizan News Agency, the official media outlet of the judiciary, labeled the 18-year-old as an "enemy terrorist element," even though its own report noted he was unarmed and had only "thrown stones" within the perimeter of a military building.

🔸Amirhossein Hatami was one of the defendants in the case involving a fire at the "Kaveh" Basij base in Tehran. Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolghasem Salavati, issued the death sentence and ordered the confiscation of assets for this 18-year-old and four other defendants on February 7, following a legal proceeding that lasted only 30 days. Despite an appeal by the defendant, the Supreme Court upheld and affirmed the verdict.

من هر سال دوازده فروردین یاد پیام دکتر بختیار از مخفیگاهش میافتم که یک بار دیگر به مردم کشورش هشدار داد که هیچ آدم عاقلی به نظامی که محتوایش نا معلوم است رأی نمیدهد. ما البته که رأی ندادیم ولی برایم حیرت انگیز بود که این مردم که از 25 بهمن شاهد قتل های انقلابی امامشان بودند بدون کوچک ترین درد وجدانی رفتند به مجهول جهنمی شان رأی دادند. خودشان با این بی فکری و بدون هیچ مخالفتی با نقض حقوق متهمان، سرنوشتی برای خودشان رقم زدند که جز قتل و خون ریزی و تخریب هیچ نتیجه ای نداشت. هر دوازده فروردین من یاد هشدار یک انسان شریف، انساندوست، وطنپرست و شجاع، میافتم!

ما هم با خانم عبادی هم با آقای مصداقی برای دادخواهی برای قربانیان نقض حقوق بشر در بیست سال اخیر همکاری داشته ایم. و این همکاری ها تجربه های موفق و بسیار خوبی بوده است. خانم عبادی هم در ایران و هم در تبعید همیشه در دفاع از حقوق قربانیان و دفاع از حقوق دادخواهان فعال بوده اند. برایشان در این امر مهم آرزوی موفقیت دارم. امیدوارم به زودی کارشناسان حقوقی مانند آقای پیام اخوان و خانم گیسونیا و سرمایه های دیگر ایرانی تبار که تجربه کار در دادگاه کیفری بین المللی دارند به این گروه اضافه شوند و به ویژه وکلای ایرانی که در این سه دهه در داخل ایران به دفاع از قربانیان نقض حقوق بشر برخاسته اند و در این راه هزینه کرده اند نیز به انها بپیوندند. نهاد های سیاسی ایران در بطن عدالت انتقالی شکل میگیرند. این یکی از مهم ترین مراحل تشکیل یک نظام حقوق محور دموکراتیک است.
